Now that you have decided to award your dream home construction to Samruddhi, narrate your dream and expectation.  You can explain about your thoughts, instances which has impressed over time, share things you have liked what you have seen over years.  You can express your likes and dis-likes, We will be happy to consider your needs and propose basic budget. 

It’s now in our hands to commit your dream.  As the advance amount is booked and confirmed, our team shall start next process to initiate design work.  We shall maximize our efforts to draft your dream in black and white with colors.

Let’s call-out about our dream.  As we start the design work, necessary approval from local authority as applicable based on the type of plot, it shall take 2-4 weeks and hence such process shall be initiated so that by the time design and budget are ready, required approvals shall be ready to start work at site.

If you are looking for bank loan, its right time to start bank work so that our loan shall be ready to release as we start work at site.

We shall shape your dream.  Floor plan, structure design, elevation and working drawings like civil, plumbing, electrical, windows n doors and other architectural drawings will be designed. Discussed and iterated.  By end of this phase, you shall be able to see and feel and visualize your thoughts in terms of design. 

Calculate expense for your dream.  Based on our knowledge about building materials, available materials in the market and as per client expectation, materials and scope of work shall be finalized.  As drawings gets ready, BOQ, estimation and budget shall be preparedand presented.  With iterating the estimation, budget can be freezed to match client expectation. 

Document your dream.  As the scope of work, BOQ and budget are finalized, Agreement shall be signed to base line project work. 

Live your dream.  Now that both client and team Samruddhi are clear about the design, drawings, need, expectation, we are ready to start the work at site and construction shall progress as per mutual understand and agreement.

Track your dream.  Those are the days that house owners shall had to visit site every morning and evening to check the work progress.  No need of it now, construction work at site shall range between 6-8 months at site and we shall track work and update with necessary details so that you get to see what’s happening at site at tip of your fingers.  This will give relief so that you can relax and focus on day-to-day work.  We also discuss and update progress of work against project base line on periodic basis to decide and confirm against scope of approved work for us to plan next set of action items.
